Method

At the heart of my work lies Holosomatic Therapy, the groundbreaking holistic approach to trauma healing that integrates the intelligence of the breath, the language of the body, and the wisdom of energy.

Holosomatic Therapy

This method acknowledges that trauma isn’t just stored in the mind, it’s woven into the fabric of our nervous system, our posture, our breath, and the way we move through life.

Through breathwork, we unlock the unconscious, through bodywork, we release what has been held, through energetic awareness, we reconnect to what was forgotten.

A holosomatic session is not about fixing you, it’s about remembering. Remembering the parts of yourself that have been silenced, shut down, or disconnected. It’s a journey of unfreezing, of feeling again, of making space for life to move freely through your system.

This process meets you exactly where you are, whether you’ve spent years in talk therapy or have just begun to explore your inner world. Holosomatic work bypasses the mind and invites you into direct, embodied experience. It’s not about analyzing your story, but releasing the emotional charge behind it.

The result?

A nervous system that softens, a body that feels safe again, a self that no longer has to shrink to survive.

Other Modalities and Inspirations

While Holosomatic Therapy is the foundation of my work, I also draw inspiration from other healing modalities and thinkers such as Gabor Maté and Carl Jung. Their work has deeply shaped my perspective on trauma, emotional integration, and the role of the unconscious in shaping our lives.

I’m inspired by their compassionate, integrative approach, one that asks What happened to you? rather than What’s wrong with you?.

Depending on your needs, sessions may also include elements from inner child work, emotional inquiry, somatic experiencing, and Jungian-inspired practices like active imagination. These tools help you explore your inner landscape in a safe, grounded way, and support you in reconnecting with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen and healed.
